Entry fee is $375 per team. Registration and entry fee deadline: November 30.
Games will be on Thursdays starting in January.
Roster sheets, rules, waiver of liability, and schedules will be emailed to teams that sign up and have paid their fees.
Roster and waivers can be turned in at the first game, mailed to Tammy Drolsum, or faxed to 615-259-3722.
