Church Revitalization & Leadership Development

We would love to help your church with leadership development and revitalization efforts. Both our Leadership Development Team and our Church Revitalization team exist to equip leaders and churches thrive in the 21st century.

Below you'll see a few of the services we're able to offer churches; however, if you think we might be able to help in any way with your leadership development or revitalization efforts, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Leadership Development Assistance

  • Annual Sunday School Leadership Conference - Every September we cooperate with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board to conduct a conference to train Sunday School and Small Group leadership teams.

  • Facility Evaluation - We can help evaluate your facility needs and give suggestions for how you can effectively utilize your current facilities.

  • Sunday Worship Evaluation - We can provide an evaluation of your Sunday morning experience through a secret visitor who can give you an honest appraisal of your Sunday activities through the eyes of a first-time guest.

  • 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership for Church Leaders Workshop

  • Vision Evaluation Workshop

  • Other Leadership Development Opportunities - We can provide information on leadership development resources and conferences offered in our area.

Church Revitalization Assistance

  • Revitalization Discovery Process - We can help guide your church towards a path of revitalization.

  • Pulpit Supply - We are prepared to assist a church facing the unexpected loss of a pastor by supplying your pulpit for a limited time and helping you discover God’s plan for your church as you seek to call a pastor.

  • Revitalization Assessment - We can provide tools and resources to help you determine if your church needs to experience a revitalization process.
